About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the supply network across the Nestlé Pacific Islands business. It involves working at the centre of a fast-paced supply chain, partnering with teams across Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics and International Markets to deliver exceptional service levels while optimising inventory, costs and business performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Factory Logistics, Manufacturing or a related Supply Chain function.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance service, inventory, capacity and cost objectives.
  • Proven experience managing supply plans, inventory and production requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence influencing and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve supply challenges and drive business outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex supply issues into clear recommendations and actions.
  • Experience using planning systems such as SAP APO, SNP or similar supply planning tools.
  • A proactive, resilient and continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to challenge existing processes and drive efficiencies.
  • High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute supply plans that deliver customer service, inventory and working capital targets.
  • Identify supply risks and capacity constraints, providing recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Partner with manufacturing teams to optimise production plans, capacity utilisation and supply continuity.
  • Manage supply and demand changes, resolving exceptions and adjusting plans to minimise risk and maintain service levels.
  • Lead planning discussions and communicate supply issues, impacts and trade-offs to stakeholders across the business.
  • Manage inventory policies and stock levels to ensure product availability while optimising stock cover and minimising waste.
  • Support promotional activity, new product launches and Inter-Market Supply (IMS) requirements across local and export markets.
  • Establish short and long-term production requirements and monitor execution against plan.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning effectiveness, efficiency and supply chain performance.
