Market Director - Education
About The Position
The Director/Clinical Education plans, organizes and coordinates all aspects of clinical education within the facility and ensures adjunct education support to non-clinical staff and patients/families/public through collaborative outreach, distribution, communication, or presentation. The role holds overall accountability for developing / maintaining an evolving and comprehensive education program based on an annual assessment of educational needs. The role requires thorough knowledge of establishing and achieving educational objectives; theory/didactic and core curricula design; presentation via oral, visual, tactile, demonstration; and testing/evaluation of skill and knowledge acquired.
