The Market Development Representative is responsible for driving organic growth across all distribution channels within the Savannah, GA market, including Savannah, Brunswick, and Augusta. As a field-based, sales-focused role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our presence and building lasting relationships with hospitals, physician practices, community organizations, social workers, case managers, and referral partners to increase access to care and services. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your expertise to independently execute key responsibilities with minimal supervision while actively contributing to the growth and success of our Field Sales organization. While the position offers remote/work-from-home flexibility, the role requires frequent travel throughout the territory, including Savannah, Brunswick, and Augusta, as well as regular visits to branch and referral partner locations.

High school diploma or GED required.
At least three (3) years of previous experience, with demonstrated success, in roles focused on business growth. This may include, but is not limited to, sales, talent recruiting, account management, distribution channel management, strategic partnerships, marketing, and business leadership roles with accountability for growth.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Additional relevant degrees or credentials a plus.
Previous experience in the home health industry is valuable, but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain client relationships by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the assigned market.
Conduct market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the client base.
Provide a consultative sales approach to understand the specific needs of clients and provide tailored solutions. This includes educating clients and referral sources about the benefits of home healthcare services and how they can meet the needs of patients.
Achieve established sales targets and goals within the assigned market. This involves setting sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting tactics as necessary to ensure success.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met, and that the quality-of-service delivery is maintained.
