Requirements

5+ years of sales experience in food service or a related field.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth.
Experience in branded executional strategies.
Strong negotiation skills and financial acumen.
Proven ability to develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships.
Excellent coaching and leadership capabilities.
Ability to analyze sales trends and market data.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach the Customer Development team within the specified geography.
Develop and execute annual plans in alignment with key accounts' strategic agendas.
Target and engage with new business prospects, focusing on both operators and distributors.
Manage quarterly initiatives and full execution of the Annual Operating Plan.
Cultivate relationships with distributors and restaurant executives to enhance product promotion.
Drive team effectiveness in achieving market presence through strategic initiatives.
