The Market Coach (“MC”) provides overall leadership and direct supervision over Area Coaches (“AC”), typically 2 to 5. The MCC is responsible to deliver top quartile operating metrics and meet or exceed the annual operating plan established for 20 to 50 restaurants. The MC accomplishes these objectives by leading their ACs to build their capability and execute brand standards. The MC position is a hands-on field-based position, and the MCs may directly perform hands-on operational work as necessary to train new managerial team members, respond to immediate or severe customer service needs, or otherwise role model appropriate skills and behaviors in the restaurant. The MC needs to be available to support operations leaders and respond timely as needed to account for the business operating hours. This person will also be responsible for creating and leading a company culture that is conducive to continuing the company’s mission and core values. The principal role of the MC is to support the long-term development of their ACs. Partner with the Cross Functional Teams to ensure a productive and transparent relationships are established.
