About The Position

The Market Manager creates solutions for challenging market problems and provides outstanding customer experience in a fiscally responsible and growth-oriented way. Your role: Provide outstanding customer experience for the Philips HPM Sales organization in a fiscally responsible and growth-oriented way. You will be the main point of contact and “go to” resource for HPM, CA&D, and Service sales for all deal management and strategy. You will provide collaboration, direction, and mentoring to the HPM sales support team and various other departments. Support the commercial and service team with all aspects of deal strategy including competitive positioning strategy, pricing strategy, presentation strategy and knowing when to bring in the right resources to close the deal. In this role you will perform as an individual contributor, but with frequent interaction and leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in the medical device/solutions or sales operations industry.
  • Cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Strong data-enabled decision-making skills.
  • Presentation capabilities.
  • Portfolio activation and optimization.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Financial analysis and authorization.
  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the market and various stakeholders, while maintaining a customer-centric focus.
