You'll partner with cross-functional teams, external data providers, and industry organizations to transform data into meaningful business action and help shape growth strategies for the dairy industry. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in consumer insights, market intelligence, analytics, or related fields within Food & Beverage, CPG, or leading market research organizations.
  • Deep expertise working with Retail POS, Household Panel, and Foodservice data.
  • Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience influencing senior executives and strategic business decisions.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 30%.
