About The Position

As the Market Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the go-to partner who helps our market and leadership teams stay organized, focused, and ready to deliver. You’ll work independently, manage scheduling, coordinate key projects, and keep operations running smoothly so leaders can focus on the big picture. You’ll also travel three or more times per quarter for territory visits, logistics planning, and other in-person alignment activities. If you enjoy problem-solving, staying one step ahead, and creating order from complexity, this is a great fit for you. Preference is to reside in Charlotte.

Requirements

  • 1 year of administrative support experience
  • 1 year of experience with project coordination
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and logistics with accuracy and care
  • Support key projects by tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • Prepare materials, reports, and updates that help leaders make confident decisions

  • Keep communication flowing between leaders, teams, and partners
