About The Position

The primary responsibilities of a Marker/Packer I is to assist with preparing our product for shipping, which includes packing and marking the product. This role involves working from established processes and procedures and/or written and verbal instructions. The position also requires adherence to safety rules and regulations, including OSHA standards, and maintaining a neat and orderly work area. Other duties may be assigned as directed or required.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented.
• Good manual dexterity and flexibility.
• Quality conscious.
• Solid work history.
• Able to be flexible and respond to the changing needs of the organization.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Physical job requirements may include standing, use of hands to carry out job functions as well as lifting, carrying, bending, walking, pushing, pulling and stooping during the course of the job.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S. due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing product for shipping, which includes packing and marking the product.
• Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations and conform to OSHA regulations.
• Perform housekeeping duties as necessary to maintain area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Perform other duties as directed or required.
