About The Position

You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes and drive real-world support for the Department of War and its objectives. You’ll guide the work we do for the Department of War and the solutions we deliver for unmanned systems. You served as a seasoned Chief Petty Officer in the United States Navy-now, continue your mission with us. Requirements

  • Experience with conducting system safety hazard analyses and risk assessments for identifying hazards, using hazard tracking systems, preparing system safety risk acceptance documents, and presenting to DoD system safety review boards.
  • Experience with writing information papers and concepts of operation (CONOPs).
  • Experience in supporting DoW Test and Evaluation assessments for new and emerging technologies.
  • Experience delivering reference-based and hands-on training to Department of War personnel for unmanned maritime systems.
  • Experience in Navy curriculum development as a course curriculum model manager and with Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience with Department of War command structures, policy and formal documentation.
  • Ability to organize, schedule, and facilitate technical meetings and working groups.
  • Ability to analyze, research, assess, and organize technical data into cohesive and clear technical reports and presentations.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with unmanned system deployment.
  • Knowledge of Submarine deployment and Operational Tempo.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of excellent critical thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • United States Navy Master Training Specialist Designation.
