CACI is seeking an experienced Maritime Regulatory Compliance Lead to serve as CACI's senior maritime regulatory compliance subject matter expert responsible for ensuring contractor-operated and contractor-supported maritime operations comply with applicable United States Coast Guard (USCG), Department of Defense (DoD), International Maritime Organization (IMO), International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS), host nation, and Combatant Command regulatory requirements throughout the Indo-Pacific theater. The Maritime Regulatory Compliance Lead provides technical expertise supporting maritime logistics operations, port operations, vessel management, deployment and distribution services, logistics platform solutions, Joint Theater Distribution Center (JTDC) operations, and expeditionary maritime sustainment. The position ensures maritime operations are conducted safely, legally, and in accordance with applicable regulatory, contractual, and operational standards supporting SOCPAC mission requirements. Working closely with SOCPAC, Service Components, Military Sealift Command (MSC), commercial maritime providers, host nation port authorities, and mission partners, the Maritime Regulatory Compliance Lead evaluates maritime compliance requirements supporting commercial vessels, contractor-operated vessels, barges, landing craft, workboats, and other maritime logistics platforms operating in permissive, contested, and denied environments. The Maritime Regulatory Compliance Lead supports multiple Task Delivery Orders by providing technical oversight during maritime operational planning, port assessments, vessel integration, contractor oversight, logistics planning, and contingency operations. The position ensures maritime regulatory requirements are incorporated throughout planning, execution, sustainment, and continuous operational improvement.
