As a defense mission professional and Maritime Fires Analyst, you’ll bring your tactical, operational, strategic, and technical maritime fires background to work on projects for Marine fires and effects coordination center operations. You’ll analyze, plan, support, exercise, and assess Marine lethal and non-lethal fires to help ensure success. You’ll help identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, lethal, and non-lethal fires employment as part of a Marine mission. You’ll impact the work we do for Marine operations and the solutions we deliver for defense mission training, planning, and execution in support of National taskings. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with supporting the U.S. Navy or Marine Corps
  • 5+ years of experience in working with military plans and MAGTF operations
  • 5+ years of experience with the integration of joint fires and naval operations
  • 3+ years of experience in military operations in the USINDOPACOM AOR
  • Ability to prepare plans and briefs in support of a three-star command
  • Ability to work and plan collaboratively across MEF-level Staff sections and with Naval partners
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience planning and executing digital Command and Control (C2) Fires Architecture to support joint and combined force operations
  • Knowledge of USINDOPACOM policy and strategy, including TCP, TCO, GCPs, OPLANs, CONPLANs, and Theater Security Cooperation Plans
  • Knowledge of fires command and control systems, such as Advanced Field Artillery Tactical Data Systems (AFATDS), Joint Automated Deep Operations Coordination System (JADOCS), MAVEN Smart System (MSS), or Joint Fires Network (JFN)
  • Bachelor's degree
