Requirements
- Previous service advisor or automotive service experience (RV or Marine a plus!)
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to upsell services and create value for customers
- Weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their service needs
- Provide accurate estimates and clear communication regarding repairs or maintenance
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Work with the service team to ensure timely and quality repairs
- Keep customers informed on their service progress and ensure satisfaction
- Be a key team member in maintaining a smooth and efficient service department
