This is a high-income opportunity for experienced sales professionals in automotive, RV, powersports, or marine sales who want uncapped earning potential and a consistent pipeline of customers. If you are competitive, driven, and motivated by commission-based earnings, this role offers the ability to earn $85,000 to $250,000+ annually while selling premium boats in a high-volume dealership environment. Compensation Base salary plus uncapped commission Typical earnings of $85,000–$250,000 annually Top performers earning $300,000+ Income driven by sales performance, closing ability, and customer relationships Strong inbound leads, marketing support, and boat show opportunities Schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturdays 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with a weekday off Schedule based on customer demand during peak boating season

Requirements

  • Proven success in commission-based sales (automotive, RV, powersports, marine, or similar industries)
  • Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and negotiate effectively
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
  • Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for boating, marine products, or outdoor recreation preferred
  • Experience using CRM or dealership systems is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and pre-owned boats and marine products
  • Guide customers through the full boat buying process from initial inquiry to delivery
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Deliver a professional, high-end customer experience
  • Maintain detailed product knowledge across boat brands and competitors
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain showroom and inventory presentation standards
  • Participate in boat shows, sales events, and peak season traffic opportunities
  • Manage pipeline, leads, and customer communication through CRM systems
