This is a high-income opportunity for experienced sales professionals in automotive, RV, powersports, or commission-based sales who want uncapped earning potential and consistent customer demand. If you are competitive, driven, and motivated by performance-based income, this role offers the opportunity to earn $85,000 to $250,000+ annually while selling premium new and pre-owned boats. Compensation Base salary plus uncapped commission Typical earnings of $85,000–$250,000 annually Top performers earning $300,000+ Income driven by closing ability, relationship building, and pipeline management Strong inbound leads, marketing support, and boat show opportunities Schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. with a weekday off Additional hours required during peak boating season

Requirements

  • Proven success in commission-based sales (marine, automotive, RV, powersports, or similar industries)
  • Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Passion for boating, marine products, or outdoor recreation
  • Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Sell new and pre-owned boats, outboard motors, and marine accessories
  • Guide customers through the full sales process from initial contact to delivery
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business
  • Deliver a professional, high-end customer experience
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across boat brands and competitors
  • Follow a structured dealership sales process and best practices
  • Maintain clean, organized showroom and inventory presentation
  • Participate in boat shows, events, and promotional activities
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to drive satisfaction and retention
  • Manage leads, pipeline, and communication through CRM systems
