Requirements

  • Experience in boat sales
  • automotive sales
  • yacht sales
  • RV sales
  • or luxury retail highly preferred
  • LightSpeed / LightSpeedEVO knowledge is a plus
  • Strong closing skills and a proven track record of sales success
  • High-level customer service skills and relationship-building ability
  • Knowledge of marine equipment, recreational vehicles, or premium products
  • Motivated, reliable, and disciplined with strong personal drive

  • Deliver a first-class customer experience in a high-end retail environment
  • Build long-term relationships with an affluent customer base
  • Utilize the dealership sales process to convert leads and close sales
  • Maintain strong product knowledge of our brands and competitors
  • Present inventory with high standards of cleanliness and professionalism
  • Participate in boat shows, events, and high-profile client engagements
  • Conduct proactive follow-up with prospects and sold clients
  • Represent River Valley Marine with polished appearance and professionalism
