Requirements
- Mechanically inclined individuals with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in tight spaces aboard vessels
Nice To Haves
- Basic knowledge of HVAC or electrical systems is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of marine HVAC systems
- Learn to work with refrigerant lines, compressors, evaporators, and control systems
- Support diagnostic and troubleshooting efforts
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety and quality control standards at all times
