About The Position
The Marine Hull Liability Broker supports daily operations for the Shipowners Broking team. This includes communication with clients and insurance markets, document creation for use with clients and insurance markets, assistance with compliance, systems data entry, and other support tasks as required. The role supports the end-to-end placement lifecycle for new business and renewals to help maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day servicing of accounts
- Issuance of policies and endorsements
- Assist in formulating submissions for insurance carriers
- Assist with quote comparative spreadsheets
- Issuance of compliance documentation
- Assist and coordinate responses to RFPs
- Organize internal, prospect and client meetings
- Carry out surplus lines, market security, sanctions, and third-party payment procedures
- Support invoicing of all Shipowner accounts
- Follow up on invoicing and accounting inquiries
- Maintain updated account list
- Review and manage policy expiration list
- Learn and utilize WTW software and systems – ECLIPSE, add/renew policy record in ECLIPSE; upload required documentation throughout placement
