This position focuses on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of next-generation electrical propulsion and energy storage systems. The role involves providing ground-level support and training to engineering and mechanic staff to ensure safe and stable vessel operations. Key responsibilities include commissioning, testing, and developing preventative maintenance schedules for ESS and power generation systems, as well as developing regular inspections and reporting to upper management. The role also entails leading repairs, including ESS module replacement, installation and maintenance of high-powered DC fast chargers, fuel cell repair and operation, and advanced maintenance within hybrid control systems inverter racks.
