This is a revenue ownership seat, not a counter job. You manage inbound marine parts opportunities from first call to closed order — primarily Caterpillar and Cummins. When a fleet manager calls because a vessel is down, you verify by serial number and CPL, quote fast and accurately, and close. Then you follow up until the revenue is in. The role is 60% inbound and 40% outbound, Monday–Friday, on-site in Miami. Daily performance targets include 10+ closed orders per day, $22,000 daily revenue target, $2,200+ average order value, and a 65% quote-to-close rate. You will own inbound marine parts opportunities from first call to closed order, direct relationships with fleet managers and commercial repair shops, accurate fitment verification via serial numbers and CPLs, quote-to-close discipline on every opportunity, follow-up until revenue is secured, and CRM accountability in HubSpot.
