Gloucester Marine Genomics Institute (GMGI) is a pioneering marine research institute that addresses critical challenges facing our oceans, human health, and the environment through innovative scientific research and education. The Research Scientist I seeks an intern to develop bivalve and zebrafish as a genetic models for aging studies. The internship position will last 12 weeks. Recent high school graduates and/or high school equivalency may apply. Experience with molecular laboratory techniques, equipment, and operations is a must. Capable of working in a start-up environment, with work changing to adapt to needs.
