Requirements

  • Formal training, vocational/technical education, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Mechanical training, aptitude, or equipment maintenance experience
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent (military education and training fully recognized)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience leading, training, or coordinating a small team
  • High-speed manufacturing, FMCG, or regulated production experience
  • Military occupational experience in maintenance, operations, logistics, engineering, or production roles
