About The Position

The Production Machine Operator will safely control various machines and equipment involved in Fuzion production. This role involves operating production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications, producing the required quantity of product within established specifications and tolerances, and measuring finished parts with precision tools to ensure compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications. The position also requires maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work area and performing other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Ability to interpret and translate work order and production documentation.
• Understanding of and the ability to abide by applicable OSHA, safety regulations and policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of related experience required.
• Completion of on-the-job training equal to for educational requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree OR completion of related apprenticeship program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates production machinery in accordance with prints and specifications. Assigned machines may include winder, oven, kneader, and similar equipment.
