About The Position

Interstates is currently seeking a full-time Manufacturing Welder to join our Sioux Center, IA manufacturing team. This role will provide direct support to Interfab, as defined in the primary job duties section, below. An ideal candidate will be results driven, safety-minded, and work well with a team. Interstates seeks ambitious, innovative individuals, with the ability to grow and maintain value-added relationships with our team and external customers.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Mig Welding (wire welding)
Cuts steel (band saw, sheet, plasma cut)
Torch work
Bends steel (break press)
Read prints
Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Takes the initiative to learn systems and processes
Takes a proactive approach to problem solving
Promotes building good teams
Positively embraces change
