About The Position
As a Manufacturing Utility Associate at Iconex, your work is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. By maintaining a clean and organized environment, supporting production teams, and ensuring materials are properly handled, you help power efficient manufacturing every day.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Basic math and computer skills
- Reliable attendance and ability to work extended hours if needed
- Good communication and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Nice To Haves
- Forklift or clamp truck experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout all production departments, including sweeping, mopping, and waste removal
- Assist press operators during job changeovers and equipment cleanups
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely move materials and waste
- Organize and dispose of corrugated and surplus materials for recycling
- Support general housekeeping of the exterior and dumpster areas
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production and cleanliness
