Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Trainer to work in its plant in Florence, KY. How will you make an impact? The Manufacturing/Warehousing Trainer will conduct established training programs in various manufacturing or engineering processes. The hours are as follows: Wed/Thu-Sat 6am-6pm Hourly pay range is $22.50 depending on experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of experience Training in a Manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Proficiency in operating a personal computer with a Windows-based operating system and related software.
- Advanced PC skills, including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages.

- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct established training programs in various manufacturing or engineering processes.
- Monitors training effectiveness via established evaluation techniques.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
