About The Position

Penn United is seeking motivated individuals to join our Paid Manufacturing Training Program. This intensive, hands-on program is designed to provide the foundational knowledge and practical experience needed to begin a rewarding career in modern manufacturing. This is a unique opportunity to invest in your future at no cost to you. You will receive paid, full-time employment while you learn, with classroom instruction combined with hands-on, on-the-job training (OJT). All training materials are provided by Penn United Technologies, and you will receive mentorship from experienced manufacturing professionals. The program covers foundational skills to begin a career in manufacturing.

Requirements

  • Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Successfully complete an aptitude assessment and interview
  • Possess strong mechanical aptitude, math skills, and problem-solving ability
  • Have a strong work ethic of dependability as demonstrated in regular attendance and punctuality
  • Be willing to work daylight, afternoon, and/or midnight shifts as needed after classroom training is complete
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal background check
