About The Position

This is an entry-level Manufacturing Trainee (Machinist) position at the Florence location, requiring no prior manufacturing experience. The role operates on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (5:00 PM to 5:00 AM on a 2/2/3 rotation), offering a 3-day weekend every other week. Propelis provides fully paid, on-the-job training in a team-oriented, climate-controlled environment. Employees will learn multiple aspects of the unique manufacturing process and have the opportunity for growth and advancement based on individual performance. Requirements
