About The Position

This role involves working onsite in a restricted access Testing Lab, performing visual inspection and product testing of various Client products at 208V-690V. The environment is a Lean one-piece flow. Technicians will use electronic equipment such as Variac, Hi-Pot/Ground Bond, Power Analyzer, Oscilloscopes, Current Clamps, and Digital Multi-Meters to ensure product quality. Responsibilities include testing and documenting output results, validating them within specifications, and troubleshooting failed tests. A strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years electrical testing of products up to 690V
• Associates Degree in Electricity/Electronics or similar from an accredited college
• Personal commitment to injury free operations while adhering to Client safety protocols
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Work safely in a restricted access Testing Lab, performing visual inspection and product testing following standard operating procedures.
• Test and document output results of products to validate results within specifications pass range or troubleshooting of failed testing.
• Maintain Test Report database, recording testing data and analyze results to determine whether product meets quality standards.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot test failures using diagnostic methods and tools and critical thinking.
