Manufacturing Test Technician - 2nd shift
About The Position
You'll be the final checkpoint before our products hit the field — testing, troubleshooting, and making sure everything performs to perfection. This role involves setting up and running functional tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished parts. You will read technical drawings and work instructions, use mechanical tools and test equipment to ensure parts meet specifications, and identify and work to correct issues. The position requires keeping quality and productivity at the forefront, using basic computer systems for data entry and job tracking, and supporting the team by training others, sharing knowledge, and raising the bar.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving skills
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical prints and schematics
- Capable of following written instructions accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Skilled in reading and interpreting analog pressure gauges

- Hourly Rate Range: $23.00 - $26.00 with a 15% differential for 2nd shift.
