This position requires a highly organized repair technician competent in mechanics to troubleshoot and repair computing hardware, software, and electronics to support our customers before and after the sale. This position primary function is repair, but as a member of the technical support team, backs up the duties of their coworkers in technical support related to end-user support questions and general administration.
