Manufacturing Test Engineer

$70,000 - $90,000Onsite

About The Position

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Manufacturing Test Engineer supports the development, deployment, and maintenance of production test systems in Operations. This role performs technical, multi‑disciplined work to improve manufacturing quality, performance, and throughput, while acting as a critical liaison between Operations and R&D. This position is on‑site at our Austin, Texas production facility. This is not a traditional manufacturing test engineering role. You will support test systems end‑to‑end — from troubleshooting and optimization to building scalable solutions. You’ll help solve real business pain points — preventing test bottlenecks as production scales. You’ll work at the intersection of R&D and Operations — a true bridge role that influences both design and manufacturing. You’ll join at a growth moment — the role was created due to increasing demand and scaling needs, giving you high visibility and impact. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where your work is immediately visible and valued.
