Manufacturing Test Engineer
About The Position
The Manufacturing Engineering Test Engineer develops, validates, deploys, and sustains production test equipment and software for printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and electronics assembly operations. The role supports new product introduction and mature production, with emphasis on test coverage, fault isolation, equipment reliability, data integrity, operator safety, cycle time, quality, and cost. The engineer works across R&D, Operations, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and external test-system suppliers to deliver standardized test solutions that can be supported globally.
Requirements
- Experience in developing, validating, deploying, and sustaining production test equipment and software for PCBA and electronics assembly operations.
- Ability to support new product introduction and mature production.
- Knowledge of test coverage, fault isolation, equipment reliability, data integrity, operator safety, cycle time, quality, and cost.
- Experience working with R&D, Operations, Quality, IT, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and external test-system suppliers.
- Ability to deliver standardized test solutions that can be supported globally.
