About The Position

In this role, you will impact product quality and manufacturing efficiency by applying your technical skills to maintain equipment, support process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production quality.
Knowledge of quality control principles and safety regulations applicable to manufacturing environments.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and manufacturing software systems to support equipment maintenance and process optimization.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or technical certification in manufacturing technology or related field.
Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably in aerospace or industrial sectors.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the manufacturing process to maintain product quality and production schedules.
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to implement process improvements and support new product introductions.
