About The Position

The Manufacturing Technician – Production Operations O1 performs a variety of assignments in a manufacturing environment, primarily assisting with filling and packaging reagents. The position is part of the manufacturing operations team in Hebron, Kentucky, and is performed onsite. The role reports to the Manager of Production Operations.

The technician assembles production units according to standard operating procedures, batch records, and other written and verbal specifications in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. The role also supports 5S activities, tracks and maintains production data, participates in continuous improvement activities, maintains training records, and follows company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate and understand complex production and safety instructions.
• Ability to work overtime as required.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. on a semi-continuous basis.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in FDA-regulated or similarly regulated manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filling and packaging reagents.

• Support 5S activities in manufacturing areas.
• Track and maintain production data.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities across the manufacturing site.
