About The Position

The Manufacturing Technician role requires a blend of practical experience and technical skills to ensure the proper performance and quality of products in a demanding production environment. This position involves working with precision measurement systems, interpreting engineering drawings, and adhering to process procedures while also contributing to continuous improvement efforts. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based, cross-cultural setting. Employees are expected to uphold the company's EHS procedures and corporate standards, and depending on the location, may be involved in maintaining ISO 9000, 9001, and 14001 standards.

Requirements

• 2-3 years manufacturing experience and/or advanced education or equivalent plus 2-3 years of experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading and math skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Outlook Skills
• Able to work in a demanding production environment involving multi-tasking, forward thinking, strong attention to detail and quality.
• Requires detailed observational and technical skills to ensure proper performance of product.
• Good manual dexterity.
• Responsible for high accuracy and organization.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural, team based environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Leadership capabilities to xxxx

Responsibilities

• Experience with precision measurement methods and systems
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and process procedures
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and procedures closely while offering suggestions for continuous improvement
• Handle special assignments promptly and professionally
