About The Position

The Manufacturing Technician perform the manufacturing operating steps utilizing the proper equipment and following instructions defined in applicable safety policies, operating procedures and Batch Production Records in either electronic or paper format.

Requirements

• Bachelor preferable with more than three (3) years or Technical degree with five (5) years or more of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical or other compatible industrial, chemical or food industry, directly supporting the manufacturing / packaging process

• Mechanical basic knowledge
• Possess skills to complete mid-level corrective/preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities

Responsibilities

• Perform the operating steps includes equipment preparation for manufacturing, cleaning procedures, setup, as well as the operation of multiple pieces of equipment located within a designated work center (Equipment Preparation, cleaning procedures, Weighing, Granulation, Blending, Compression, Coating, Branding and Encapsulation).
• Perform troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and instruments.
• Perform assembly/disassembly and setup in the equipment’s.
• Execute according to the production standards.
• Execute and record the data according with ALCOA requirements.
• Generate and close work order, as needed.
• 5S at manufacturing room.
• Assist in the generation of the SOP’s as needed
• Supports the EHS programs following established policies and trains in laboratory applicable EHS procedures and regulations that apply to specific job functions.
• Tag event for OEE / RTE.
