Wagner is hiring Manufacturing Technicians for 2nd shift—offering a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) and a $5/hour shift premium.

Operate shop equipment such as lasers, benders, presses, welding, and polishing equipment to produce high-quality metal parts. Duties include loading material, running machines, performing basic inspections, and maintaining a safe, clean work area.

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or hands-on work preferred
• Willingness to learn and operate different types of equipment
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of shop equipment and fabrication processes
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts
• Perform basic inspections to ensure quality standards
• Support production flow and team operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
