About The Position
Second Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM. Shift Premium: + $5.00/hr. for full time roles. Looking for a solid job with great pay and a consistent schedule? Wagner is hiring Production Workers for 2nd shift—no advanced experience required. Work Monday–Thursday, earn a $5/hour shift premium, and build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Requirements
- Ability to use basic tools and follow instructions
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Ability to lift, move, and stay active throughout the shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience in warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus
Responsibilities
- Work with your hands to support production and assembly
- Load and unload materials and parts
- Operate basic equipment and tools (training provided)
- Inspect parts and help ensure quality
- Keep your work area clean and safe
