Machine Operator / Manufacturing Technician – 2nd Shift ($5 Premium)
About The Position
Second Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM. Shift Premium: + $5.00/hr. for full time roles. Requirements
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or mechanical work preferred
- Ability to use basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, etc.)
- Comfortable working with your hands in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills (fractions and measurements)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn
Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment (saws, presses, benders, polishing equipment, etc.)
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Record production and labor in our system
- Support team members and help keep production running smoothly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
