About The Position
Second Shift Schedule: Monday – Thursday 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM. Shift Premium: + $5.00/hr. for full time roles. Earn more working fewer days. Join Wagner as a Machine Operator on 2nd shift and take advantage of a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) plus a $5/hour shift premium. We’re looking for hands-on individuals who enjoy working with equipment and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Requirements
- Experience as a machine operator, CNC operator, or in manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read basic prints and use measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and able to work independently

Responsibilities
- Operate a variety of machines (saws, presses, benders, polishing equipment, etc.)
- Perform basic maintenance and adjustments to keep machines running
- Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Record production and labor in the system
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
