Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0–1 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly
  • Prior international travel experience required (professional or extended work‑related travel strongly preferred).
  • Must have a passport and be able to obtain necessary work VISAs for international business
  • Ability to read and follow technical documents such as SOPs, work instructions, blueprints, and
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing quality and safety
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, equipment, and cultural
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally and work onsite in China and Pakistan for the full assignment
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees operation of production equipment to manufacture, process, and assemble commercial products in accordance with defined procedures and specifications.
  • Follows product specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to produce quality‑compliant products.
  • Monitors production output to ensure conformance with quality, safety, and performance.
  • Identifies, documents, and reports production inconsistencies, quality concerns, or equipment issues to supervisors and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Prepares, maintains, and accurately completes production records and documentation related to manufacturing.
  • Supports routine troubleshooting of equipment and processes under the guidance of supervisors or engineering.
  • Follows established safety guidelines, including proper material handling procedures and use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborates effectively with local manufacturing teams and Breg cross‑functional partners while working in international environments.
  • Represents Breg professionally while on‑site with global manufacturing.
  • Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices.
