About The Position

Perform technical duties in functional areas including electronic, mechanical, or systems. Complete tests, measurements, operations, and process controls. Perform technical duties on functional work group projects. Employ test techniques and procedures for key cell projects. Use job packets, routings, work orders, wire lists, quality travelers, and bills of material. Maintain production tools and equipment. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process, or program defects and repair them. Read blueprints and identify components. Perform wire preparation, stripping, and crimping. Perform harness repair and termination. Use pertinent manual hand tools. Maintain skills in electronics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies, automated machine operation, and programming. Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Electro-Mechanical Technician experience.
• Mechanically inclined individual.
• Ability to use electric test equipment such as meters and power supplies.
• Ability to follow procedures and processes.
• Ability to assess test results based on specifications.
• Ability to solder.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task to run multiple test and calibration equipment at the same time.

Nice To Haves

• IPC 610 certification.
