Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Must be able to do calculations and conversions using preset formula.

Nice To Haves

Previous production experience is preferred.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the extraction, concentration, and/or adjusting of materials per Batch Production Records (BPRs) while incorporating cGMPs and following all accommodating SOPs within the manufacturing area.
Train to become a signed off operator capable of independent work.
Complete and pass all SOP’s/tests assigned for the position.
Perform all key aspects of the position proficiently, including performing cleaning and sanitation properly, disassembling and re-connecting equipment, performing start-up checks and adjustments as needed, running and operating production proficiently, resolving normal and routine machine interruptions, and following Batch Production Records (BPR) correctly.
Maintain current training requirements and certifications independently.
