Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Relevant certifications related to quality or manufacturing would be an asset.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control concepts.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions, procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to interpret test plans, standards, and lab reports
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, R&D and Sales team.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality standards.
  • Able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy and maintain detailed records.
  • Strong ownership and ability to drive tasks independently
  • Proactive follow-up mindset—ensures nothing is left pending

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in electronics or electrical product manufacturing would be considered an asset.
  • Experience with RMA processes, quality inspection, or ERP systems would be beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Candidates with higher qualifications or relevant experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections and tests on returned products to identify defects or issues.
  • Analyze RMA data to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Document findings and communicate issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures in handling RMAs.
  • Operate Weekly and Monthly RMA Review Meetings
  • Assist in supervising manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with production staff to resolve any issues impacting production or quality.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions.
  • Work closely with SQE, IQE, and Production teams to align on quality and production goals.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to address any quality concerns or production challenges.
  • Provide guidance and support to production staff as needed to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of RMA inspections, quality control activities, and production performance.
  • Generate RMA reports on quality and production metrics for review by management.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures in all aspects of quality assurance and manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
  • Follow all procedures in compliance of Accuenergy (Canada) Inc standard policy and operation regulations.
  • Any other operation-related responsibilities may be added as company continues to grow.
