Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certifications preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in manufacturing, process support, or similar technical role.
  • Experience with TWI, Lean systems, or structured training programs is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (able to train, coach, and influence).
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
  • Technical problem-solving ability with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in process documentation (SOPs, WI, Procedure Documentation).
  • Solid understanding of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodology.
  • Ability to interpret; process data, charts, and metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build productive working relationships.
  • Ability to work on the production floor, including standing, walking, and lifting moderate loads.
  • Willingness to work designated shift and support additional hours as required.
  • Due to the nature of the work performed at this facility. US Person status may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, and evaluate production processes to ensure adherence to procedure, safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Identify process deviations and respond as per production standard.
  • Assist with trials, validations, and implementation of new processes or equipment.
  • Support root-cause investigations (such as A3, 5Y), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Assist in development and deliver operator training using Job Instruction (JI), Job Methods (JM), and Job Relations (JR) standards.
  • The ability to conduct audits from documents such as Work Instruction, JIB's, or Procedure documents.
  • Create, maintain, and update standard work documents and work instructions.
  • Maintain process documentation, including, work instructions, check sheets, JIB's, and process flow diagrams.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in audits and support documentation readiness.
  • Identify waste and improvement opportunities using Lean tools such as 5S, value-stream mapping, and Kaizen events.
  • Lead or support continuous improvement events targeting productivity, safety, and quality.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and operations to implement process improvements.
  • Support safety initiatives, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Verify process compliance through routine audits and floor checks.
  • Work with supervisors to support; production, engineering, and maintenance teams to meet short- and long-term production goals.
  • Supports employee training initiatives by coordinating sessions, maintaining accurate training records, and ensuring compliance with all required documentation.
