About The Position

This role involves performing computer activities with provided programs, demonstrating strong attention to detail for accurate rework, and documenting repairs. The technician will report deviations from standard to the appropriate resource for review and instruction, and obtain quality inspection when appropriate. Safety is paramount, requiring adherence to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean work area and equipment. The position supports Lean manufacturing efforts through continuous process improvement and requires compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Ethical and professional behavior in accordance with company values is expected, along with consistent attendance and punctuality. The ability to multi-task and follow all safety measures and company policies is essential. This role also includes all other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

2 years+ related experience in a repair field.
Computer skills required (Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Soldering experience.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of electronic, optical and mechanical assemblies.
