Maintenance technicians provide technical support, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and rebuild machines, perform preventative maintenance duties as assigned, and respond to breakdowns professionally and on time while following all safety protocols. Working knowledge of Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems. Position Responsibilities may include: Repair, maintain, and rebuild all production equipment, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Coordinate maintenance processes with the production department in a way in which the production output and packaging is least affected. Respond to calls from production and management to make repairs. Perform established preventative maintenance programs. Assist with all aspects of new equipment installation. Assist management with scheduling maintenance projects. Maintain accurate and complete departmental records. Record all work in Fiix CMMS. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, construction drawings, machine manuals, electrical blueprints/schematics. Ensure all equipment adheres to all applicable safety requirements. Follow all safety protocols and maintain good 6S housekeeping standards. Work with contractors as needed. Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs. Nature & Scope: Works within well-defined instructions. Uses established procedures and works under supervision to perform assigned tasks.
