Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Possess mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Inspection techniques (e.g., visual, dimensional, non-destructive testing).
- OSHA guidelines and workplace safety protocols.
- Hazardous materials handling and emergency procedures.
- Applying root cause analysis techniques.
- Understanding process flow diagrams and control charts.
- Spotting defects or inconsistencies in production.
- Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow written and verbal direction.

- Qualifications on specific Product Center equipment may substitute for years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate competency in the core areas of Safety; Quality and Procedural Compliance; Productivity; Attendance/Availability; Qualifications Maintained; and specific skills appropriate to the Technician's training.
- Have maximum proficiency of Technician II tasks and increased proficiency in Technician III tasks.
- Become qualified as a new AF or OJTI or QC or Furnace.
- Work duties may require alternate shift assignments.
