This Manufacturing Technician III will support the reliability and performance of RPD battery manufacturing equipment through troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, controls, automation, and process issues on equipment such as Resistance Spot Welders (RSW), Laser Spot Welders (LSW), automated assembly systems, Omron and Fanuc robots integrated with Allen-Bradley PLCs, and Keyence and Cognex vision systems. The role also supports qualification and troubleshooting of manufacturing tooling, fixtures, nests, and component holding devices used throughout production. By responding to downtime events, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and partnering with Engineering and Operations teams, the technician helps reduce downtime and scrap, improve equipment uptime, and drive sustainable reliability improvements across the manufacturing operation.
